Allow power user account can run vmatrix and broadcast their screen without full aministrator right

My windows 10 host pc has Vmatrix installed with Administrator user account.
I have created the teachers account as power user groups so that he/she can broadcast their screen logging through host pc while teaching and do some extra stuff on windows sytem but not the full control as administrator.
The problem is without administrator group the teacher can not run vmatrix manager. How do I allow the teacher account with power users group to run or control vamatrix manager without being full administrator control.

I mean Besides the Administrator the user with power users group can manage the vmatrix server.
I don't allow or want power users to be able to install any software or other system level modification but able to run and manage vmatrix software without knowing the administrator password.

Dear Rabin, should be with administration account can run the vMatrix or the user know admin password.
