Zoom + Logiteh ConferenceCams in vCloudpoint device

I use Zoom and Logitech ConferenceCams (Connect and MeetUP) on V1 (firmware 2.1.2.7)
In Sound Settings in newest Windows 10 OS, I test speaker and microphone successful.
But Zoom detect camera, can’t detect speaker and microphone.
Please help me fix my trouble
